Free Meditation series

It's world Meditation Day on 21 May and we've got a great introductory Meditation series open to anyone who needs a bit of still in the chaos. 


This Meditation series, guided by Virgin Active Instructor Mareike Brase, goes hand-in-hand with our Yoga offering, which is all about supporting you in finding balance within yourself and in life.
