- They get their cardio on by using the following pieces of equipment: steppers, ellipticals, excite climb, upright bicycles, recumbent bicycles, rowers, arm ergometers and Varios/Waves. Please note that they cannot use the following pieces of equipment: treadmills, skill mills, air runners, assault bikes or Ski ergs.
- They can swim in both the leisure and lap pools.
- They also have access to squash courts and stretch areas.
Active supervision is required throughout their time in the club. This means that you (parent/legal guardian) need to accompany a child under the age of 14. You won’t be able to drop them off for their swim or allow them to exercise alone on the gym floor and go and train, as you need to be with them at all times.
