We sincerely apologise for the inconvenience caused by the recent systems failure regarding the aircon and understand the importance of a comfortable environment for your workouts.
The air conditioning unit requires a specialised part for it to operate at its full capacity. We have already placed an order for the necessary part. Unfortunately, there is a lead time to import this item and due to port delays, we anticipate that the part will only arrive early next year. We understand the impact this has on your experience, and we sincerely apologise for any inconvenience this may cause during this period.
We assure you that added measures will be taken in the interim to ensure that while temperature soar outside you are kept as comfortable inside until the parts arrive.
