Dear Virgin Active Cedar Square Member,
Please be advised that due to emergency maintenance required to address ongoing plumbing issues at our Cedar Square club, the shower areas for both male and female will be closed until further notice. This closure is necessary to facilitate the in-depth work required to resolve the ongoing plumbing issues effectively.
We apologise for any inconvenience this closure may cause and anticipate that the duration of this maintenance work will be approximately 3 months. During this time, we understand the importance of shower facilities for our members' comfort and convenience.
- For emergencies, the paraplegic shower and sensation showers will remain accessible.
- Members are welcome train and make use of the shower facilities at alternative clubs (Excluding Collection Clubs).
We want to assure you that we are actively working with our landlord and various specialists to detect and resolve this ongoing issue once and for all. Your comfort and satisfaction are our top priorities, and we are committed to restoring full functionality to the shower areas as soon as possible.
