- Simply comment on Virgin Active SA’s Instagram or Facebook post stating what your reason for going to the gym is, as well as follow Virgin Active SA on Instagram between 09:00 on Wednesday 10 July 2024 and 09:00 on Wednesday 24 July 2024 and stand a chance to win the ultimate wellness hamper.
- Entry and participation criteria are as follows:
- The competition is open to members and non-members
- The winner must reside in South Africa, Namibia or Botswana and the hamper will be sent to the provided address.
- The winner will be chosen by random selection from the Instagram or Facebook posts and will be contacted directly.
- The winner will be announced before Thursday, 8 August 2024.
General Competition Terms and Conditions:
- Winners will be contacted by no later than 12:00 on Wednesday 31 July 2024 via Instagram or Facebook direct messenger and requested to provide their contact details and address for delivery. If there is no response after three attempts to contact a winner via DM, email, phone, or any other available means, a new winner will be selected following the same criteria, and so on.
- The selection of prize winners will at the sole and absolute discretion of Virgin Active South Africa. The judges’ decision will be final, and no correspondence will be entertained.
- The hamper is non-transferable and may not be exchanged for cash.
- The winners’ personal information will be processed in accordance with prevailing South African data protection legislation, as well as in accordance with Virgin Active’s Privacy Policy (available at https://hello.virginactive.co.za/assist/privacy-policy).
- By entering into this competition, the winners agree to have their photograph taken and which may be used by Virgin Active together with their full names for advertising and promotional purposes in any manner that Virgin Active deems fit and without any form of remuneration made payable to the winners and / or their companions. Any objection to such use must be addressed in writing to Virgin Active.
