Train in March 2024 and stand a chance to win a Sealand Gear Bag
Selected Virgin Active members who Train at any Virgin Active club in South Africa (only) between 1 - 31 March 2024 (both days inclusive) will go into a lucky draw and stand a chance to win one of three prizes from Sealand Gear, provided that such member meets the following participation criteria:
- The member is an existing member who joined before 1 February 2024
- The member has not trained at any Virgin Active club in South Africa at all during February 2024;
- The member does not cancel its membership for any reason during March 2024;
- The member is not in arrears with their existing membership agreement during March 2024; and
- The member is not younger than 18 years old from 1 March 2024, inclusive.
- Directors and/or Members and/or Agents and/or Promoters and/or Consultants to Promoters and/or Employees and/or Contractors and/or Family members of Virgin Active South Africa and any of the aforementioned or their participating partners are not eligible to enter, win or claim the prizes.
- The three prizes are:
- 1st Prize - 1x Dune Medium
- 2nd Prize - 1x Choob Medium
- 3rd Prize - 1x Swish Tote Small
- The prizes are restricted to the Sealand Bags exclusively, and any item(s) or other contents shown in the images featuring these bags are not part of the prize.
General Lucky Draw Terms and Conditions:
- To “Train” means to swipe your membership card and access any Virgin Active club.
- The “Prize” or “Prizes” means the (3) three Sealand Gear Bag prizes listed above.
- Entries into the lucky draw will commence on 1 March 2024 and close on 31 March 2024.
- Each Virgin Active member who meets the above-mentioned participation criteria will automatically gain a single entry into the lucky draw for each day that they Train at a Virgin Active club between 1 - 31 March 2024 (both days inclusive), which is strictly limited to one entry per member per day.
- Each member is a single participant and cannot under any circumstances share, group and / or collate their entries with any other member(s).
- Between 1 April 2024 to 5 April 2024, Virgin Active will arrange, at its sole discretion, for three members’ names only to be randomly drawn in the order of first, second and then third prize (as listed above).
- The members whose names are drawn will be contacted via email (per the email address(es) that Virgin Active has on record for that member).
- The three winners will be emailed directly by no later than 12:00 on the 5th of April 2024.
- Virgin Active may attempt (without any obligation to do so and at its sole discretion) to contact the winning member by phone or other means. Any attempt by Virgin Active to contact a winning member shall be in good faith, and should there be no response from a winning member within 3 business days from the date of Virgin Active first notifying the winning member, Virgin Active will arrange at its sole discretion for another a new member’s name to be drawn from the lucky draw and such member shall be the new winning member for that prize. The same procedures will follow in Virgin Active’s attempt to contact any subsequent winner, and so on.
- Virgin Active will arrange for the winning members prize to be delivered, at Virgin Active’s own cost, to a club of the members own choosing within South Africa.
- These prizes may not be transferred, no substitutions for any other prize, nor can they be on-sold or exchanged for cash.
- No prize will be awarded to any person to whom such prize may not be legally awarded including, but not limited to, minors under the age of 18 years.
- For your name to be included in the lucky draw, you must be 18 years old or older and live in South Africa.
- Prizes may not be awarded if these terms and conditions have not been adhered to or if Virgin Active detects and/or suspects any irregularities or fraudulent practices.
- This lucky draw competition is only applicable to Virgin Active clubs and its members within South Africa.
- These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of the Republic of South Africa.
