Existing Virgin Active members refer a friend via the Virgin Active APP or on-line or via email in November and December 2023
Existing Virgin Active members who invite / refers a friend who joins Virgin Active before 31 December 2023, receive one month’s value of membership, delivered to the member via their cash wallet in the Virgin Active APP.
The member can invite / refer a friend via the Virgin Active APP, via on-line sales or via an email link.
There is no maximum limit to the number of friends that the existing member can refer in this campaign but the reward is only given when referred friends join up on a 1 or 2 year, membership type, regardless of how many friends join. Ie if the member refers 3 friends, a reward is given for each friend – 3 free months, up to a maximum of 6 free months is allowed per member.
Existing members are defined as members who have an active adult 1- or 2-year paying membership approved and showing on the Virgin Active member base as at 13th of November 2023.
The referred friend must join up on a 1- or 2-year Virgin Active adult membership, i.e. no U18s (excluding Youth 14-17 membership) and no Club-V joiners will count towards entries into the draw for the existing member.
Exclusions: This offer is not applicable to members on a short term, 3-month, complimentary, youth or Virgin Active staff or tenant membership type. The ONLY exception is Youth members can obtain Free months (Up to 6 months) PROIVIDED the new member joins on a standard Adult membership.
Vitality & Momentum Legacy members will receive one month’s membership value of the retail rate via their cash wallet in the Virgin Active App. Wallet balance does not expire and can be used at a later stage when more offerings are added to the App.
This offer will only apply if the referring existing member’s Virgin Active account is in good standing and not in arrears.
The referred friend can join up at a Collection Club in order for the member to qualify but Collection members will not benefit from referring a friend.
The new member’s contract must not be subsequently cancelled or terminated within the residual cooling-off period or the initial commitment period stipulated in the membership contract, in order for the referring member to qualify for the cash wallet credit.
This offer is only applicable to members who join using an Invite a Friend referral code or after having completed the Invite a Friend guest pass form.
This promotional offer cannot be exchanged for cash or some other rebate.
Only one member can benefit from a referred friend joining, if the same friend is referred by numerous members, then the first member to refer them will receive the cash wallet credit.
Once a new member has joined, no subsequent claims of a referral for this member will be honoured.
Includes Namibia and Bots clubs but they will get free months on their memberships as opposed to added to wallet.
