Receive 50% of the activation fee paid back into your Virgin Active App Wallet in mid-October AND pay October and November membership fees and get a 50% rebate on November’s fees in your Virgin Active App Wallet, pay December’s membership fees and get 50% off December’s fees back into your Virgin Active App Wallet. Premier 1-year monthly membership are discounted by 25% . * Discovery Vitality members will pay only R499,50 per month. Add your family to your Premier membership and your partner will receive a 50% discount on their monthly rate plus the first child is free for the year.

Join Virgin Active between 1 and 30 September 2023 (both dates included), get the rest of the month (September) free. Pay October and November membership fees and get a 50% rebate on November’s fees back into your Virgin Active App Wallet, pay December’s membership fees and get 50% off Decembers fees back into your Virgin Active App Wallet, plus activate a world of rewards:

New joiners taking up a one- or two-year adult membership type (hereinafter referred to as “members”), receive a cash back into their Virgin Active App wallet of 50% of November’s membership fees as well as 50% of December’s membership fees.
The October, November and December debit orders must be successful on first attempt in order for the cash back to be paid into the wallet.
The 50% cash back rebate will be based off the value of the successful debit order for monthly membership fees for November and December 2023.
The 50% cash back will appear in the APP Wallet by 30 November for November’s debit order and by 31 December for December’s debit order.
The member needs to have the Virgin Active APP in order to get the benefit.
The cash back in the Virgin Active APP Wallet can only be spent in the Virgin Active Club eco system

and currently can be used to offset Virgin Active membership fees.
This cash back in the Virgin Active APP Wallet cannot be translated into cash.
The cash in the Virgin Active APP wallet does not expire and can be redeemed into the future.
For Virgin Active members in Namibia and Botswana, they will get a credit into their Virgin Active

membership account as they do not have the Virgin Active APP. Pay October, November and December’s membership fees and get 50% of November’s monthly fee credited against your December account and 50% of your December monthly fee credited against your January account.
For members paying cash upfront, they will get a months’ worth of membership fees paid into their Virgin Active APP Wallet by the end of October 2023 and if joining in Namibia or Botswana, they will get a month added onto the end of their membership period.
The 50% rebate also applies to members joining via a corporate membership type and via Discovery Vitality.
New joiners pay the applicable joining fees for your club:
- - 199 joining fee applicable for all clubs except George.
- - VA George joiners pay R149 joining fee.
Discovery Vitality members pay the applicable Activation Fee.
Get September on us, i.e. pro-rata membership fees will not be payable for September 2023.
No access card or devices fees are payable for joiners in September 2023.

The members first debit order will be for fees in respect of October 2023.

The relevant membership needs to be active and authorized on Virgin Active’s membership

- - Get 25% off the standard monthly fee of R1345 and pay R999 instead for a (one) 1-year adult Premier membership.
- - Corporate members receive their further discount on this discounted amount of R999.
- - Discovery Vitality members pay applicable Activation Fee of the standard monthly fee for their membership product, Premier is R1345, Discovery Vitality members will pay only R499.50 per
  
  month.
- In addition, Discovery Vitality members joining on a Premier adult membership (excludes Youth and Premier Select products) between 18 and 25 September 2023 (both dates included), receive 50% of their Activation Fee back into their Virgin Active App Wallet, i.e. R672.50 will be paid into the members Virgin Active App Wallet by 17 October 2023.
- - Members taking up Premier membership in Namibia and Botswana pay N$1345 and P1345
  
  less the 25% discount respectively and also have full Premier access to all clubs in all 3
  
  countries namely Namibia, Botswana and South Africa (excluding Collection Clubs).
- - Premier access to other territories outside of Southern African is limited to 90 days per
  
  annum.
- - Not applicable to Premier Select products.

- - The 25% discount is valid for 12 months only and then the membership rate reverts to the
  
  going retail rate for a Premier 1-year membership.
  
  Add your family on a Premier 1-year membership and your Spouse will receive a 50% discount on their monthly rate plus your first child is free for the year:
- - Get 25% off the standard monthly fee of R1345 and pay R999 instead for a one-year adult Premier membership.
- - The 2nd member / spouse receives further 50% discount on this discounted monthly amount. The public member spouse will pay R499.50 per month and the Discovery Vitality spouse pays R249.75 per month.
- - Definition of a family: To qualify for the family offer, the principal member, Spouse / 2nd member and child must all join together, on the same day, at the same Club, at the same time and using the same bank account details to pay for their membership and in the joining order of Principal, Spouse and child.
- - This offer is not applicable to one parent joining with their child only, these must be a spouse / 2nd member in order to qualify.
- - The public principal member pays R299 joining fee and the 2nd member / Spouse pays R0 joining fee and child pays R0 joining fee.
- - For Discovery Vitality members, the principal member pays activation fee of R1345 and the 2nd member / Spouse also pays R1345 activation fee and the child pays zero activation fee.

- Corporate members receive their further applicable discount on this discounted amount of R999.
- The monthly membership fees for Discovery Vitality members for Premier is R1345 less 25% = R999 less a further 50% = R499.50 and the spouse will pay R249.75 per month.
- One child, aged between 6 weeks to 13 years only, receives free Club-V and/or Club-V Max (0 – 7 years and 8 – 13 years U14s) membership for one year at the same Premier status as the parent.
- This does not apply to children aged between 14-17 joining on the youth product or to any

children at all over the age of 13 years.
- This discount for the 2nd member / spouse and Club-V/Max child is valid for 12 months only and

then the membership rate reverts to the going rate for a Premier 1 year membership.
- If the principal member cancels, then the spouse / 2nd member and child revert to full membership

rates.

In addition, join Virgin Active on a Club 2-year membership at select Clubs between 1 September 2023 and 30 September 2023 and receive between 10 to 20% discount on monthly rates:
- - Pay the applicable joining fee.
- - Get between 10 to 20% off the standard monthly fee on Club 2-year adult memberships.
- - These products are not available at any other Clubs.
- - Select Clubs include: Boksburg K90, Bryanston, Eastgate, Edenglen, Fichardt Park, Glenvista,
  
  Kings Park, Kyalami Corner, Lenasia, Little Falls, Meyersdal, Middelburg, Montana, Morningside, Pavilion and Wonderpark.
  
  These offers exclude members joining up as follows:

o These offers are not applicable to short term, 3-month, complimentary, Virgin Active staff or tenant memberships.

New joiners (hereinafter referred to as “members”) taking up an adult 1 or 2 year membership at Virgin Active George from 1 to 30 September 2023 (both dates included) will receive a month on us, i.e. October 2023.
Pay the applicable joining fee of R149 or the applicable activation fee due.
No September 2023 pro-rata membership fees are payable. (no pro-rata fee is due)
No access card / device fees are payable for joiners in September.
Download the new Virgin Active APP in order to enjoy the Virgin Active Rewards benefits.
No 50% cash back into the Virgin Active APP wallet applies to joiners at VA George.
Members joining at VA George can take up the Premier less 25% offer.
The members’ first debit order will be for fees in respect of November 2023.
Virgin Active will not debit qualifying members in respect of membership fees for October 2023.
If the member’s chosen debit order date is not the 1st of the month, then the debit order for the membership fees for November 2023 will run on the specified date in October 2023 as per the membership agreement.
Members paying cash upfront, not via debit order, will pay for 12 months upfront and receive the remainder of September 2023 on us. They will also receive an additional one month’s membership for free, added to the end of their contract period, provided they meet the qualifying criteria.

Terms and Conditions: Virgin Active parents “bring your child to Club-V or Club-V Max for 2 free visits”

Between 1 to 30 September 2023 (both dates inclusive), Virgin Active invites parents, to bring their child/children to Club-V or Club-V Max for 2 free visits.
This includes 2 free visits for the accompanying parent, if they are not a Virgin Active member.

If the parent is not a current Virgin Active member: First visit:

Parents who are not current Virgin Active members, arriving at the club, will be required to complete a guest register process for themselves and their child/ren.
Parents must bring their ID document with them.
Once inside the club, parents may bring their child/ren to the Club-V/Club-V Max facility and sign

them in there.

Second visit:

Parents who are not Virgin Active members, bringing their child/ren for their second visit, can enter the club for the 2nd time and final time using their ID.
Parents will be required to complete a disclaimer for their child/ren upon entering the club, as well as the guest register for themselves.
Once inside the club, parents may bring their child/ren to the Club-V/Club-V Max facility and sign them in.

If the parent is a current Virgin Active member: First visit:
- Parents who are current Virgin Active members, arriving at the club, will be required to complete a disclaimer for their child/ren upon club entry.

Adult, Club-V/Club-V Max and U14 offer – Swim Assessment
Join Virgin Active in September 2023 and qualify for a free Swim Assessment:

All members joining at select Virgin Active Health Clubs in September 2023, qualify for a free Swim Assessment conducted by the resident Swim Coach to assess the members level of swimming competency and advise on coaching required to improve the members swimming level.
This offer is available to all new Adult members as well as children joining on U14 and Club- V/Club-V Max membership products.
The resident Swim Coach will contact all new joiners and set up a time for the complimentary appointment.
The member will be required to swim in this session and the entire session will last around 20 to 30 minutes.
