- Should a member elect to “freeze” (i.e. suspend) their membership contract while this promotional campaign is running, these offers will not apply.

Get 25% off the standard monthly fee of R1345 and pay R999 instead for a (one) 1-year adult Premier membership.
Corporate members receive their further discount on this discounted amount of R999.
Discovery Vitality members pay flat activation fee of R499 and for Premier only R499.50 per month.
Members taking up Premier membership in Namibia and Botswana pay N$1345 and P1345 less the 40% discount respectively and also have full Premier access to all clubs in all 3 countries namely Namibia, Botswana and South Africa (excluding Collection Clubs).
Premier access to other territories outside of Southern African is limited to 90 days per annum.
Not applicable to Premier Select products.
Not applicable to 2-year Premier products.
Not applicable to Youth Premier products.
The 25% discount is valid for 12 months only and then the membership rates revert to the going retail rate for a Premier 1-year membership.

Add your family on a Premier 1-year membership and you and your spouse will receive a 40% discount on their monthly rate plus discounted membership when joining your children on Club-V:

Get 40% off the standard monthly fee of R1345 and pay R807 instead for a one-year adult Premier membership.
The main member and 2nd member / spouse all receive a 40% discount on the R1345 amount. Discovery Vitality main member and spouse pays 50% of R807 which is R403.50 per month.
Children joining as part of this family unit via Club-V also receive 40% discount off Club-V and Club-V Max membership fees, no limit on the number of children that can benefit from this offer if they are joining as part of the family offer.
Definition of a family: To qualify for the family offer, the principal member, Spouse / 2nd member and child(ren) must all join together, on the same day, at the same Club, at the same time and using the same bank account details to pay for their membership and in the joining order of Principal, Spouse and child(ren).
This offer is not applicable to one parent joining with their child only, these must be a spouse / 2nd member in order to qualify.
The public principal member pays R199 joining fee and the 2nd member / Spouse pays R0 joining fee and child pays R0 joining fee.
The Principal and Spouse can join and enjoy this benefit without adding a child.
For Discovery Vitality members, the principal member pays activation fee of R499 and the 2nd member / Spouse also pays R499 activation fee and the child pays zero activation fee.
Corporate members receive their further applicable discount on this discounted amount of R807.
The monthly membership fees for Discovery Vitality members for Premier is R1345 less 40% = R807 less a further 50% = R403.50 and the spouse also pays R403.50 per month.
Children who are part of the family unit and aged between 6 weeks to 13 years only, qualify for 40% discount off Club-V and/or Club-V Max (0 – 7 years and 8 – 13 years U14s) membership for one year at the same Premier status as the parent.
This does not apply to children aged between 14-17 joining on the youth product or to any children at all over the age of 13 years.
This discount for the 2nd member / spouse and Club-V/Max child is valid for 12 months only and then the membership rates revert to the going rate for a Premier 1 year membership.
If the principal member cancels, then the spouse / 2nd member and child revert to full membership rates.

In addition, members joining as a family at select outer-lying clubs on a Club 1 year membership qualify for a 25% family membership discount:

Qualifying outer-lying Clubs for this offer include the following: VA Airport Junction (Botswana), Beacon Bay, Cascades, East London, Fichardt Park, Greenacres, George, Humewood, Kimberley, Kleine Kuppe (Windhoek), Klerksdorp, Lorraine, Maerua Mall (Windhoek), Middleburg, Nelspruit, Northridge Mall, Pietermaritzburg, Polokwane, Potchefstroom, Richards Bay, Riverside, Rustenburg, Thornhill, Tramshed, Vanderbijl, Vereeniging, Welkom.
Similar to the Premier family offer, the principal, spouse and child(ren) can join on a Club 1 year membership type, excluding off-peak, and enjoy a 25% discount on their monthly membership rates at these outer lying Club.

Pay the applicable joining fee.
Get between 10 to 20% off the standard monthly fee on Club 2-year adult memberships.
These products are not available at any other Clubs.

Terms and Conditions: Virgin Active parents “bring your child to Club-V or Club-V Max for 2 free visits”

Between 1 to 31 October 2023 (both dates inclusive), Virgin Active invites parents, to bring their child/children to Club-V or Club-V Max for 2 free visits.
This includes 2 free visits for the accompanying parent, if they are not a Virgin Active member.

If the parent is not a current Virgin Active member:

First visit:

Parents who are not current Virgin Active members, arriving at the club, will be required to complete a guest register process for themselves and their child/ren.
Parents must bring their ID document with them.
Once inside the club, parents may bring their child/ren to the Club-V/Club-V Max facility and sign them in there.

Second visit:

Parents who are not Virgin Active members, bringing their child/ren for their second visit, can enter the club for the 2nd time and final time using their ID.
Parents will be required to complete a disclaimer for their child/ren upon entering the club, as well as the guest register for themselves.
Once inside the club, parents may bring their child/ren to the Club-V/Club-V Max facility and sign them in.

If the parent is a current Virgin Active member:

First visit:

Parents who are current Virgin Active members, arriving at the club, will be required to complete a disclaimer for their child/ren upon club entry.
Once inside the club, parents may bring their child/ren to the Club-V/Club-V Max facility and sign them in.

Second visit:

Parents who are Virgin Active members, bringing their child/ren for their second visit, will be required to complete a disclaimer for their child/ren upon club entry.
Once inside the club, parents may bring their child/ren to the Club-V/Club-V Max facility and sign them in.

Adult, Club-V/Club-V Max and U14 offer – Swim Assessment

Join Virgin Active in October 2023 and qualify for a free Swim Assessment:

All members joining at select Virgin Active Health Clubs in October 2023, qualify for a free Swim Assessment conducted by the resident Swim Coach to assess the members level of swimming competency and advise on coaching required to improve the members swimming level.
This offer is available to all new Adult members as well as children joining on U14 and Club-V/Club-V Max membership products.
The resident Swim Coach will contact all new joiners and set up a time for the complimentary appointment.
The member will be required to swim in this session and the entire session will last around 20 to 30 minutes.
