November 2024 Terms and Conditions:

Join Virgin Active Moses Mabhida between 1 and 30 November 2024 (both dates included) and get the rest of November AND December 2024 on us:  

  • New joiners (hereinafter referred to as “members”) taking up an adult 1 or 2 year at Virgin Active Moses Mabhida membership from 1 to 30 November 2024 (both dates included), will receive the rest of November 2024 on us as well as December 2024 on us.
  • Members will be debited 100% of the membership fee in respect of January 2025.
  • This offer also applies to existing members upgrading to Virgin Active Collection Club status at Virgin Active Moses Mabhida.
  • Pay the applicable joining / activation fee due.
  • No November 2024 pro-rata membership fees are payable. (No pro-rata fee is due).
  • No access card / device fees are payable for joiners in November 2024.
  • The members’ first debit order will be for fees in respect of January 2025.
  • Virgin Active will not debit qualifying members in respect of membership fees for December 2024.
  • If the member’s chosen debit order date is not the 1st of the month, then the debit order for the membership fees for January 2025 will run on the specified date in December 2024 as per the membership agreement.
  • Members paying cash upfront, not via debit order, will pay for 12 months upfront and receive the remainder of November 2024 on us. They will also receive an additional 2 months of membership for free, added to the end of their contract period, provided they meet the qualifying criteria.
  • The relevant membership needs to be active and authorized on Virgin Active’s membership system by no later than 30 November 2024.
  • This offer is not applicable to short term, 3-month, complimentary, Vitality Legacy Club, Virgin Active staff or tenant memberships.
  • This offer does not apply to members joining any other club other than Virgin Active Moses Mabhida.
  • This offer will only apply if the member’s Virgin Active account is in good standing and not in arrears.
  • The member’s contract must not be cancelled or terminated within the residual cooling-off period or the initial commitment period stipulated in the membership contract, in order to qualify for the free months.
  • Should a member elect to “freeze” (i.e. suspend) their membership contract in the first month of joining while this promotional campaign is running, the free months will not be carried over.
  • Members who have had a prior membership at Virgin Active will need to have a clean membership history that was/is in good standing (i.e. no previous or current arrears and/or poor disciplinary record), in order to qualify for this offer.
  • This promotional offer cannot be exchanged for cash or some other rebate.
  • Facilities and group classes may differ from Club to Club.
