How many accesses do NON-members have to see Bios and Physios ?

Virgin Active is a member only facility and therefore restricted access is allowed for non-members.

• Non-member clients of health professionals are strictly limited to access into the club for a maximum of 18 visits per annum.
• Non-member clients of health professionals who require access through the clubs turnstile, when they have a scheduled appointment with their health professional, must complete the Guest Register (accordingly to the existing Guest Access Policy) at the clubs reception desk prior to entering the club.
• If the health professional’s client is a minor (under the age of 18), the parent/legal guardian must sign the Guest Register on the minors behalf.
• Regarding access to equipment and facilities once inside the club:
  • the clients of Bios and Physios are strictly limited to access to the Bios/Physios rooms and to equipment and facilities within the club only whilst under the personal supervision of the Bio/Physio; and the clients of Chiropractors are strictly limited to access to the Chiropractors rooms only - they are not permitted access to any equipment or facilities within the club at all.
