We sincerely apologise for the inconvenience caused by the ongoing air conditioning concerns at the club and understand the importance of a comfortable environment for your workouts.
We have placed an order for a new air conditioning unit. Unfortunately, there is a lead time to import the unit, which we anticipate arriving towards the end of September, provided there are no port delays. We understand the impact this has on your experience and sincerely apologise for any inconvenience this may cause during this period.
We assure you that we will take additional measures in the interim to ensure you remain as comfortable as possible inside the club until the new air conditioning unit is installed.
You are welcome to train at any other Virgin Active club (excluding Collection clubs) until the new unit is operational.
Once again, we apologise for any disruption to your workout routine and appreciate your continued support.
