The delay in repairs has been due to a production line fault at our supplier's facility abroad, which has affected the availability of essential spare parts. We want to assure you that our Senior Team has been actively involved, meeting with our suppliers to expedite the process and ensure these parts arrive in the country as quickly as possible.

 

We are working diligently to resolve the situation and restore these machines to full working order. Your patience and understanding during this time are greatly appreciated.
