DHL Stormers vs La Rochelle Social Media Competition Terms and Conditions April 2024

Win tickets to watch the DHL Stormers play La Rochelle on 6 April 2024

• Two lucky winners will each receive two free tickets to watch the DHL Stormers take on La Rochelle at the DHL stadium in Cape Town on 6 April 2024 at 16:00.
• Between 00:00 on 1 April 2024 and 12:00 on 3 April 2024, simply follow us on Instagram at @virginactivesa and tag the friend or family member you wish to accompany you to the game and stand to win two free tickets.
• Participation is limited to adults only (i.e., participants and companions must be 18 years or older on 1 April 2024).

General Competition Terms and Conditions:

• Please note that the prizes include tickets only. Travel expenses, parking costs and / or any other costs incurred by the winners (or their companions) will be for their own account and expense.
• Winners will be contacted by no later than 12:00 on 4 April 2024 via Instagram direct messenger and requested to provide their email address. Each winner will then receive two tickets via email at the email address provided.
• The selection of prize winners will at the sole and absolute discretion of Virgin Active South Africa.
• These tickets are non-transferable and may not be exchanged for cash.
• Neither winner nor their companion are required to be members of Virgin Active.
• The winners’ personal information will be processed in accordance with prevailing South African data protection legislation, as well as in accordance with Virgin Active’s Privacy Policy (available at https://hello.virginactive.co.za/assist/privacy-policy).
• The judges’ decision will be final and no correspondence will be entertained.
• The winners will be emailed by 12:00 on Thursday 4 April 2024. If there is no response after three attempts to contact a winner via email, phone, or any other available means, a new winner will be selected following the same criteria, and so on.
• No prize will be awarded to any person to whom such prize may not be legally awarded including, but not limited to, minors under the age of 18 years.
• To enter the Competition, you must be 18 years old or older and live in or be prepared to travel to Cape Town, South Africa (being a resident or a citizen).  Directors and/or Members and/or Agents and/or Promoters and/or Consultants to Promoters and/or Employees and/or Contractors and/or Family members of Virgin Active South Africa and any of the aforementioned or their participating partners are not eligible to enter, win or claim the prizes.
• The prizes are non-transferrable and cannot be exchanged for cash. 
• Prizes may not be awarded if entry procedures or these terms and conditions have not been adhered to or if the organisers detect and/or suspects any irregularities or fraudulent practices.
• By entering into this competition, the winners and their companions agree to have their photograph taken and which may be used by Virgin Active together with their full names for advertising and promotional purposes in any manner that Virgin Active deems fit and without any form of remuneration made payable to the winners and / or their companions. Any objection to such use must be addressed in writing to Virgin Active.
• These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of the Republic of South Africa.
